When will we receive the new shares document

I am the investor from CrowdCube. The money has been withdrawn. However, there is no documents of new shares shared to me. Please let me know.

In your Portfolio area on Crowdcube there should be a link to download your certificate.

Echoing @Steve here, but you’ll need to contact CrowdCube for it.

As they’re the nominee holder, they sort share certificates out, not us.

Well the shares haven’t been issued for the latest internal round. Or at least I haven’t got my certificate.

You’ll need to speak to CC.

I’ve not received mine from the latest round either yet.

Dont worry these things tend to take a bit of time…normally you will receive an email from CC to confirm when the share certificate is ready. As Steve stated, this will be showing in your CC portfolio under Vitra documents when it available.
