Unable to verify

I have been unable to verify myself. Initially I tried using the app and whilst I positioned my face in the outer circle nothing happened, it just hung. There was also an inner circle within the outer circle some of the time, my arms are not long enough to get my face in the inner circle.

I found a link to a browser based verification and received the message “We could not verify you” a few times and then I was asked to continue on Chrome browser, but I am already using Chrome.

I had the same issue. I found that I had to hold the phone a lot closer to my face so the circles aligned up. Much closer than you would think.
