Unable to add new card [Solved]

Hello.

I’ve downloaded and performed KYC yesterday at it seems like it went smooth. The app crashed after it finished but after reopening I was able to log in and enable login by fingerprint.

Im then confronted with a screen asking me to add a new card. I’ve tried to add a Revolut card but it keeps displaying “Error when adding the card.”

Any assistance is appreciated.

I would advise you to contact VitraCash directly via the following email address support@vitracash.com as they have access to your account and they’ll be able to help and advise you as to why the above is happening.

Most likely it’s because transactions are turned off at the moment.
But you can drop a mail to support@vitracash.com.
They will surely assist you in this matter.

I doubt that, as I’m able to add cards to my account I just can’t use them.

Quick update. Today I was able to add my Revolut card.

Now I just need a referral code :slight_smile:
