[SOLVED] Not receiving email updates

Please give as many details about the bug are you reporting as possible: When a user has enabled notifications through email for messages and watched topics, these emails no longer seem to be being delivered.
Where are you seeing this bug? (i.e iOS App, account screen) Community Forum
When did you first notice the bug? 29/08/21

Please add any screenshots you were able to take. N/A

I would be grateful if you can let me know if you are also seeing this problem.

Now you mention it not had an email through when I get a private message since June.

Yea same! The last one I got was the one from @ryan about the localisation thing back then!


Thanks @Steve and @Kastello; I’ve classified this as a site-wide issue, and will attempt to get it rectified today.


Just a quick update: believe I have found the issue in the backend and will try and get it fixed today.
