Problem with signing in

Hello,

I am an investor and I downloaded the app. I created an account as I wanted to order a card.
However, when I try to open the app again, I see the screen to sign in.
I am pretty sure I give the right password but I get an error “Login or password is incorect, please try again.”.
There is no option to reset the password. I am using iphone.

What can I do?

Please take a look at Update on Transaction Block + Issues (14/02/22).

Until we push our update, the app may not work correctly, and we have no way of ordering a card while our block is in place.

I should be able to post an update this evening, so keep an eye out on #announcements.
