Ordering the card failed but it was debited from my bank, I tried twice so it was debited twice.

Could you share the version of the app you were using, the phone and the OS you are using? It helps us to find the bug and make sure it doesn’t happen again.

Exactly the same thing has happened to me today. Expect I’ve attempted to order more like five times and therefore have a whole load of pending charges in my account but no confirmation that my card was ordered. I have also emailed the support address.
