Currently the app is turned off so you can’t do much right now.
I’m not sure if an American number will work as the card and app are only available in the Europe.
Once it’s back on you can try, or drop an email to support@virtracash.com.
Please allow some time for a reply as the team are currently dealing with urgent issues and trying to get the app and cards turned back on.
