Express delivery charges

I grudgingly opted for express delivery of my card.

I find that the app still shows me as being on the waiting list for standard delivery.

Additionally the card that I wanted to charge the fee for the express delivery, shows no less than three pending transactions for the express delivery.

I’m intrigued to know the status of my order and if the additional transactions will be cancelled.

Not able to order one either.

Are the add cards still shut off?
