Can't do anything in app

Hi,

I learned about Vitra on CrowdCube and decided to sign up. Completed my verification with selfies and IDs etc. but after that I have had no update from the app. After logging in it asks me to connect to a card which always results in an error.

Is there a way to check my verification has gone through? Or are there other ongoing issues with registration?
