Can't add any card to Vitra

I just downloaded the app and completed verification however it seams that I cannot add any of my cards,I tried a Maestro and a MasterCard but none of them worked.
Can someone help?

Hi Adel

As transactions aren’t turned on, this could be the issue. It also depends on your verification status.

Thanks for your reply,
Both cards are fully active and I can use them without any problems both online and offline.

The app sent a notification stating that my verification being completed is there a way to double check?
